New 10th Anniversary Modular Announced!

The new 2017 modular set to celebrate 10 years of the theme since Cafe Corner (10182) was released in 2007 has been announced. Check out the designer video.
At just over 4,000 pieces Assembly Square (10255) is big and pretty awesome!

Unfortunately the price tag ($329.99 CAD) reflects this but it will undoubtedly be worth it if you are a fan of the modular series (I sure am!). I also love the minifigures included in this set. And check out the tiny box of the Cafe Corner modular!

The set will be released on January 1, 2017 and will not likely be available to VIPs any earlier.
